30 Day Challenge – Move More!

I took a break from doing 30 day challenges during the holidays. I probably should have taken the break a month or two before I did - my last two challenges were a bit half hearted. Avon Walk for Breast Cancer – Charlotte (Part 3 – The Walk)

The first day of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer - Charlotte, 2013 started with the alarm going off at 0'dark thirty. We popped out of bed, got dressed, grabbed some coffee and headed downstairs to walk over to opening ceremonies.  Jessica ran into a walker (Connie) who was doing the walk alone and she became an honorary member of our team.  Connie walked with us on and off for the next two days. Meatless Monday

Meatless Monday dinner got a little sidetracked. I decided to drag my husband out for a short walk in the Dana Point Harbor and we came upon some great Polynesian boats sailing into the harbor so we took some time to take them in. We decided to get some meatless pizza for dinner after watching the boats.  The  original plan was to have veggie omelets at home.  The boats were amazing and so was the pizza.
