Om So Good – Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

  I have been making overnight oats for my breakfast.  I like these for a few reasons - they are a cold alternative to hot cereal; they include protein, carbohydrates and fiber to keep you full;  and you can make them the night before for a no hassel breakfast in the morning. Simple and Quick Recipes

During the summer I am all about keeping it simple when it comes to cooking.  I also like to use fresh and fun ingredients.  I want my food to taste like summer.  This past week I put together a couple of dishes that taste like summer to me.  Give them a try to see what you think.
