Let’s Get Physical – Change Starts Today!

Today I started the "Let's Get Physical" weight loss challenge. I will be participating along with about 40 other women - most of whom I have never met. Over the next 8 weeks we will become a community striving to meet a common goal - to get fit and lose some weight in the process. During the challenge I will strive to reset my "lifestyle" and work toward being more healthy and fit. I hope to lose 15 ┬ápounds and to do so in a way that will enable me to keep it off.
