Tastes Like Autumn – Pumpkin Soup!

Did I mention that I love pumpkin?  It's a bonus that pumpkin is a nutritional powerhouse.  It is packed with vitamin A, has a fair amout of fiber, is a good source of beta carotene, has more potassium than bananas and is a good source of vitamin C.
