BeFit Go 30 Min Gym Circuit Workout

I am happy to report that so far I have been able to keep up with my 30 day challenge of being purposefully active for at least 15 minutes per day.  I have been purposefully active for MORE than 15 minutes every day since June 1 when the I began this personal challenge.  I have been staying active in a variety of ways and plan to add to the list of activities I perform as the 30 days continues on. 30 Day Challenge-Be Active

I have been trying to lose weight for the last several years. I am slowly headed in the right direction, but at a snail's pace. In the past I have been most successful at loosing weight when my activity level was consistently high (like when I was training for marathons).
