BeFit Go By Lionsgate

BeFit

Lionsgate entertainment is premiering an all-now BeFit Go video today. It is called BeFit Go | 20 Minute Cardio Power.

The promotional information sent with the early link to the video describes the workout as “an intense, calorie blasting cardio circuit workout that boosts metabolism through a unique combination of exercises that include ski jumps, air squats, and jumping lunges.” I confess, I have not yet done the workout, but I did watch it with my husband who is a boot camp junkie. He said it would kick his butt so, I think it is a pretty intense workout. I am going to try it, I just haven’t yet and did not want to wait to share the link with you.

It is only 20 minutes. Anybody can hang for 20 minutes – right? The workout is broken into 30 second segments with 2 rest periods. Surely you can get through that! The directions are clear and the demonstrations easy to follow. Modifications are given for some of the exercises.

Do you need more incentive to give this workout a try? How about this:

Increased Heart Health

Your heart is a muscle just like any other, it needs to be worked to become strong. By getting the heart pumping at a faster rate on a regular basis you will keep it in shape and healthy. 20 minutes a day – you can do it!

Increased Metabolism

The more intense your cardio session, the more noticeable increase you will see in your metabolic rate. An increased metabolism means an easier time maintaining your weight, or even losing weight! It only takes 20 minutes!

A better life!

Performing cardiovascular exercises changes the hormonal profile in your body by releasing “feel good” hormones called endorphins, which block pain and enable you to experience euphoric feelings. People who partake in regular cardio exercise often have a better outlook on life because they’re getting the stress-relief benefits from these hormones. Happy and healthy in 20 minutes a day – you can make the time for that – right?

All you need is the video, a kettle bell, small hand weights and a mat. For the first few times, you could probably improvise the weights and kettle bell and still get a great workout. I would advise watching the video at least once before trying it so you familiarize yourself with the routine.

Still not convinced? YOU CAN DO THIS IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME AND IT IS FREE! If you are new to this type of workout, you don’t need to worry about anyone looking at you funny for not being as graceful and coordinated as you would like because you will be doing it IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! Admit it, I am not the only one who is worried about that.

What are you waiting for? Be one of the first people to try the video out today. Do it today and BeFit.
