It is time for another BeFit Go workout. This new workout is The 40 Minute Total Body Fat Burn Workout- Circuit 2. It is an intense, 40 minute calorie-blasting mobile circuit workout that uses aerobic exercise, weight-training and plyometrics to kick start the metabolism, sculpt lean muscle and ignite weight loss potential. It can be done anywhere with just a few “tools”

Full Body workouts are great because they help you-

Maximize Fat Burning Potential so you burn calories during your workout session and you continue to burn calories all day long, even up to 48 hours afterwards. This effect is known as “EPOC” (Exercise Post Oxygen Consumption)

Promote Muscular Balance and Reduces Risk of Injury because they are functional, meaning you exercise the way your body really moves. Working your body this way promotes muscular symmetry, getting you strong and lean in all the right places.
